It s a very appropriate level of coarseness and sharpness and it is effective as needed for the bar s intended application. If there was no rust would be a 5 star rating for sure. It is an amazing training implement put out by an impressive company. Texas power bars by buddy capps original. As you can imagine it s made in texas. Zero complaints about the knurling.
